TV connection or cable connection is not good as well
Clean of good value though some of the facilities are not open but hopefully it will open soon
The pororo park is not open and one of the staff when he reprimand me for not using the gloves during the breakfast buffet it seems like he is reprimanding a kid. I was innocent as nobody instructed me when i get in that a gloves must be used to get food. Akala ko talaga kung ano na kasalanan ko that time. He should know how to do it in a polite manner as they are considered 5 star hotel. Anyways, overall it was good.

The staff should pay more attention to their cleaning.
Spacious and gorgeous view. The pool was great.
There was a strand of hair in my bath tub. Makes me wonder how well they cleaned and sanitized our room. We didnt want to have to transfer and wait any longer so I decided to clean the bathroom myself. I brought clorox wipes and lysol. Plus we did not have a sanitation kit like the other room that we booked. We booked two rooms.
