From The Craig School
The Craig School is an independent school that specializes in working with students with learning disabilities in grades 2 – 12. Our program features proven, research-based learning strategies including Multi-Sensory Learning and a Comprehensive, Whole-Child Approach.
Our tools allow students to build their academic foundations, increase their ability to be active and independent learners, and develop a sense of who they are as individuals and students.
The mission of The Craig School is to provide to our students a strategy-based, comprehensive, and challenging school experience that acknowledges their learning disabilities, builds on their aptitudes and strengthens their self-awareness and self-esteem. We help our parents assess their child's true potential and understand the nature of learning disabilities, and provide our families an internal support network within the Craig community.
All students can and will learn if the right environment and opportunities are provided.

The Craig School is a small private school. My experience with the teachers and administration is beyond anything I could have imagined. When I started Craig in the Middle School I was a student that was insecure, failing due to my disabilities and suffering from anxiety not being able to keep up with my peers. The social aspect has been a little more challenging since it is a small school. I am currently a Senior with 6 acceptances to colleges who is now a A student with the the tools to succeed in my future in Marketing

Sending our daughter to The Craig School was the best decision we made for her education. Craig teachers have all the training and expertise to teach her in ways that address her learning disabilities. She has made tremendous progress and now loves going to school. Most of all, her confidence has grown by leaps and bounds along with her self-esteem. The Craig School is such a supportive and positive environment and all of the teachers and staff are such amazing advocates for these students who have struggled with learning, but ended up in the right place. We highly recommend The Craig School and wish we had sent our daughter there much sooner!

My son went to The Craig School starting in 4th grade and graduated high school last year. My daughter will graduate high school this year after being in The Craig School since 7th grade. What I love the most about The Craig School is that my children were part of a caring, challenging educational environment where they could learn, build skills, play sports, make friends and be part of a wonderful school community while I was able to make friendships with other parents.
